Lovely ROYAL VALE Violets footed Teacup & Saucer set features a footed teacup with gently scalloped lip with hand-painted gold trim along the base, the handle and along the rim of the teacup. Lovely purple violet floral sprays accented with greenery and yellow. The matching saucer has scalloped edges trimmed in hand-painted gold.
The footed teacup measures 3-1/2": in diameter, 4-1/8" from lip of cup to outside edge of handle and stands 2-3/4" tall. The matching scalloped and gold-trimmed edge saucer with floral sprays measures 5-1/2" in diameter.
Both the footed teacup and saucer are backstamped with ROYAL VALE, Bone China, Made in England, a Product of Ridgeway Potteries LTD. No damage to the teacup nor the saucer noted.
